Dr. Alexandre Balaci was raised in Binghamton, NY, and completed his undergraduate studies at Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, NY, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in chemistry. For the first two years after residency, Dr. Balaci was an associate surgeon in Binghamton, NY. Dr. Balaci opened his private practice office in Lebanon, PA, and has continued to participate in the medical and dental communities of Lebanon, Hershey, and Wyomissing in a private practice limited to the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery.
Dr. Balaci is a founding partner of Balaci Oral and Facial Surgery, P.C. He is also part of the team at Good Samaritan Hospital and St. Joseph’s Medical Center. His clinical interests lie within the fields of facial aesthetics and dental implant reconstruction.
Ryan McDonough grew up in Wyomissing, PA, and received his undergraduate degree from the Catholic University of America and his MBA from Lebanon Valley College. He has spent the better part of the last decade working in the healthcare industry, helping enterprise health systems and dental groups use technology to build sustainable revenue & positive patient outcomes. He brings this rich experience to BDental Management, where he continues to help dental professionals to find success in their practices.
Ryan resides in Lancaster, PA with his wife Ally and son Jameson. In his free time he enjoys running (slow), hiking, traveling, and cheering on his Philadelphia Eagles.
Stacy, a native of Myerstown, PA, brings over two decades of experience to her role as Regional Manager at BDental. With 20 years in oral surgery and 16 years in management, Stacy's expertise is a valuable asset to our team. Her professional credentials include the Dental Anesthesia Assistant National Certification and a radiation health and safety certification, underscoring her commitment to excellence in the dental field.
As Regional Manager, Stacy leverages her extensive background to support and guide our partner practices, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations. Her wealth of knowledge in dental operations and her leadership skills play a crucial role in optimizing our regional performance and fostering growth.
When not at work, Stacy enjoys the great outdoors through camping and hiking adventures. She also dedicates her time to volunteering at the local animal shelter, reflecting her passion for giving back to the community. Stacy currently resides in Pine Grove, PA with her husband, where she continues to balance her professional responsibilities with her love for nature and animal welfare.
Sarah grew up in Wernersville, PA and received her Bachelor's degree at Alvernia University in 2021. While finishing her senior year in college, she started her journey in the dental field. She started working at the front desk and was quickly promoted to Office Manager after graduating. She is knowledgeable about dental procedures and insurance during this time which led her to the role as an Accounts Receivable Specialist with BDental. Sarah is responsible for supporting our partners in patient billing and financing options to optimize Revenue Cycle Management.
Sarah is also an assistant cheerleading coach for Alvernia University. While not at work or practice, she runs a crafting business and attends craft shows. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, crafting, and traveling with friends and her boyfriend, Alex.
